GUEST ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE PROCEDURES
ARRIVAL
• HaveawelcometraypreparedontheMainDeckforwhenGuestsfirstarriveonboard
• Alwayshavestillandsparklingwater,softdrinks,wineandchampagnereadytoserve
• Preparecold/warmhandtowelsfortheguestswhentheyarriveonboard
• DiscusscabinallocationwiththePrincipleatanappropriatemomenttoallowtheDeck
crew to distribute luggage accordingly – often the Guests would like a tour before
allocating cabins to get a better understanding of what is available
• Haveluggagematsonthefloorinallcabinsreadytoreceiveluggage.TheLuggage
mats are stored in Lower Guest towel cupboard. They are linen and not very user friendly as they need ironed before each arrival and get instantly crushed with cases ontop. It would be good to get new ones that are not linen when the budget allows.
• AsGuestsarriveonboard,theymustbebriefedaboutcertainissuespertainingtolife aboard a yacht (see guest cabin orientation document)

guest which should be used when the girls are unpacking guest clothes. This will take the pressure off the laundry.
