Bespoke Training
Since 2011, The Crew Academy has continued to provide high end training at a bespoke level to crew and staff of Yachts, Estates, Island resorts, Villa’s and Chalets. From the variety of courses that we offer, we can tailor our content to suit your team’s needs.
When developing a bespoke package, we discuss all of the desired outcomes and elements to be covered throughout the duration of the course, assess the existing standards of delivery and tailor the course to accommodate these needs. Courses can be held on-site, on-board, locally off-site, or at our residential base in the south of France.
We are able to train the team, entire crew or staff to ensure that the owners and guests expectations are continually exceeded with the impeccable standards of etiquette that are delivered and maintained. We ensure the entire team know how to work together and deliver a seamless level of service.
Our existing engaging and interactive educational courses are adapted to suit the exact needs of your property or team.
We ensure that we teach our students how to professionally interact with guests while perfecting presentation in all areas. Students can gain superior skills in Food Service, Valet Service, Housekeeping, Clothing and Haute Couture care, Fabrics and Surfaces, Wine, Cocktails, Coffee, Cigars, Table Service and Decoration and other Specialist areas.
