 Highlights
The Flicks Tour
We hear the story of
film in London from the advent of the silver screen to the blockbusters that are filmed on location in London today.
We also visit the quirkily wonderful Cinema Museum in the old workhouse where a young Charlie Chaplin stayed.
National Trust
Cliveden House
As home of Nancy
Astor, wife of the 2nd Viscount Astor, Cliveden was the meeting place of the Cliveden set of the 1920s and 30s - a group
of political intellectuals. Today the house is leased by the National Trust as a five-star hotel. Before heading home one of their knowledgeable guides will take us on a tour of this special Grade I listed garden. (Entry is for the garden only - not house).
