Barista Intensive
2 Day Intensive Workshop*
This 2-day course provides an intensive, extensive and fun understanding of barista training, from bean to brewing. Through practical demonstration, students are taught to deliver consistent quality whilst operating quickly in order to produce numerous hot drinks at the same time and serve with the highest level of excellence to guests or clients.

Management & Leadership Course
5 Day Course - Accredited
Our management and leadership course is aimed at developing all aspects of managerial skills and leadership. The course focuses on the skills and techniques required to be in a senior management role; to raise self-awareness in yourself and others, to recognise the importance of flexibility and adaptability, and to be able to organise and manage the interior of a yacht efficiently and effectively. The course covers all elements in the GUEST Interior Management guidelines.
Bespoke Onboard Training
2-21 Days onboard (flexible) - Accredited*
The bespoke onboard training packages are catered to exactly what your boat, owner or team require. The ability to have our highly qualified trainers see first-hand the exact equipment, tools and space with which each boat works enables us to provide the best possible training. We suggest 4 days service training and 4 days interior management but that is of course negotiable to suit your yacht’s requirements. In 2017 alone, we have trained onboard 124m, 106m, 90m, 78m x 2, 60m, 50m x 2 and 47 metre yachts.
