We leverage Central Kitchen’s unique production capabilities and capacity to support our entire ecosystem. In addition to supplying our restaurants with our own fresh bread and bakery products, Central Kitchen reduces our overall operating costs and ensures consistency through the production of fresh locally- sourced ingredients, soups and sauces. The kitchen also enables our growing catering, prepared meal and grab-n-go businesses.
A dedicated exhibition test kitchen and 50-seat classroom supports our culinary team and overall training efforts while simultaneously enhancing our career development and personal growth efforts for our team and community partners.
