We all know how the world works. You’ve got to
push and pull, right? You have to fight for every inch,
yes? Wrong. The universe doesn’t work that way. It has a
different set of rules. Simpler rules. More powerful ones.
And it leaves clues everywhere. You just have to know
where to look.
Grab a new jar of local strawberry jam for your
morning toast. It’s sealed tight. You twist and struggle,
applying pressure until, with a sudden and satisfying
POP, the lid gives way. That sound is air rushing into
the vacuum seal.
Limiting beliefs and old habits are like that vacuum
seal. They keep you feeling stuck and resistant to change.
The moment you do the work to finally break one—
through a new insight, a brave decision, or letting go—
and you get that POP. In that instant, new energy, ideas,
