down a freeway. By learning non-judgment, we free
ourselves up to pursue magic moments without
restriction. My response to new people, events, and
circumstances has always been ”I wonder what this is all
about?” or “Good luck, bad luck? Who knows?”
That said, while non-judgment promotes flow,
avoiding judgment completely can cause problems. If we
don't use some judgment, it's hard to figure out if
something is harmful, or see when we need to judge a
situation for practical, ethical, or safety reasons. Finding
a balance is key. It means we can enjoy the good parts of
being non-judgmental while still handling important
situations wisely.
10. Release The Past
Before embarking on the next chapter, consider the
power of forgiveness. Forgiveness liberates you from
emotional burdens and enables you to see situations
from different angles. Holding on to grudges and
resentments only serves to slow flow.
Releasing the past does not mean erasing its
existence or pretending it never happened. It’s about
relinquishing the grip of anger and resentment that have
dragged you down for far too long and instead choosing
to set foot on the path of progress.
