Acceptance and/or use of this catalogue signifies the recipient has knowledge of the following terms.
This is a limited warranty. It covers products manufactured by RVC Manufacturing Company. The Warrantor is Sensor-1, 202 Main Street, Princeton, Kansas 66078. The duration of the warranty for Sensor-1 manufactured equipment and products (excluding planter/drill monitors) is for one year from date of delivery to the carrier. The Warrantor warrants to the Buyer that the product(s) sold hereunder are free from defects to material and workmanship, under normal use and service, in the hands of the original Buyer.
If goods are defective and noted requirements are met (see below CLAIMS), the defective goods will be replaced with identical goods. If identical goods are not available, the Buyer may elect to receive a refund of the purchase price for the defective goods, or the Buyer may order similar goods. The refund for defective goods shall not exceed the purchase price of the defective goods. No allowance shall be made for labor or expense of repairing goods without prior approval in writing by the Warrantor. The Buyer’s remedy under this warranty does not include incidental or consequential damages.
For products not manufactured by the Warrantor, the Warrantor warrants these products to the extent of the warranties of their respective manufactures. There are no warranties which extend beyond this limited warranty, including the implied warranty of merchantability. Dealers or representatives shall not make any representation in regard to particular goods except as authorized by the Warrantor through a written warranty accompanying those particular goods.
Claims:
No claims for shortages will be allowed unless the same are made in writing within thirty days of receipt of goods. All materials shipped by the Warrantor have been carefully examined, counted, and packaged. The packing slip indicates that the material shipped is the Buyers property and is an acknowledgement by the transportation company of receipt of the materials in good condition. The Buyer must examine the shipment carefully. If any damage is noted, or the number of pieces received does not agree with the packing slip, please notify Warrantor. Failure to do so may jeopardize your claim. If any concealed damage or shortage is discovered when unpacking, leave the materials and packing undisturbed and notify agent or carrier to inspect. Consult carrier for disposition of damaged articles. The Buyer shall make the claim promptly.
Sales Tax:
The Warrantor is required to charge applicable state and local taxes on every item for which a Sales Tax Exemption Certificate has not been provided.
New Accounts:
Dealers desiring to open a new account must provide the Warrantor’s Credit Department with a completed application for credit and a state sales tax exemption certificate. Forms may be obtained through the Warrantor’s main office.

Prices are F.O.B. shipping point unless otherwise arranged.
SPECIAL ORDER, CLOSE-OUT, OR DISCONTINUED merchandise may not be returned.
Warranty & Return Information
Terms:
Terms are cash, check, or credit card. Sensor-1 accepts Visa, Master card, and Discover. Approved dealers may recieve a discount and net 30 status. Accounts are due and payable at Princeton, Ks no later than 30 days from date of invoice. Any account past-due 30 or more days will be placed on COD until payment in full is made.
Sensor-1, Inc. requires as a condition of sale and coverage by its LIMITED WARRANTY that all equipment sold by it be used in accordance with the instructions and specifications of the Warrantor.
No employee of Sensor-1, Inc. or its representatives, agents or dealers, is authorized to vary the terms of this limited warranty and conditions of sale.
SENSOR- 1 RETURN POLICY
Sensor-1 offers a full refund or replacement for merchandise returned unused in resalable condition. All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging within 30 days of original invoice date. All returned items must be accompanied by a RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization number). You may obtain a RMA# by calling a Sensor-1 service representative at 1-800-736-7671. All returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Any item that is returned within the warranty period, as defective, will be tested by one of our technicians and either repaired or replaced. Any parts returned that have been used will be replaced or repaired and returned to sender. If credit is required, a 15% restocking fee is charged. Parts returned due to customer error will be subject to a restocking fee and any non-catalog or custom items are non-returnable. All shipping charges are non-refundable.
Sensor-1 does not pay for the shipping and handling charges on returned items or warranty issues.
INCORRECT ORDERS
Our quality assurance staff inspects every order before shipment. Please notify a Sensor-1 service representative of any incorrect order within 10 days of ship date. We will immediately correct any error and ship the same day.
