Transitioning
from balloons
The Hillsboro Balloon Fest is transitioning to a new name
which will eventually remove the balloons from the event
and focus, instead, on the other attractions evidnt in the
new name: Hillsboro Fest and Fair.
Organizers explain that a lack of balloons has made it
difcult to continue to promote the hod air ballons aspect of
the event. There are only a handful of registered balloonists
in the state. BALLOONS
