Our Mini Quiches
We combine whole eggs and heavy cream with a wide array of vegetables, cheeses and spices to produce rich flavorful fillings. Then we lightly bake the fillings in mini fillo or our cream cheese pastry shells to produce the delectible quiche selections listed below. All are baked, frozen, and ready to heat and serve.
