On July 9th, the HCMA hosted a post legislative session reception and had eight state legislators and two federal legislators represented. During this event, held at The Woman’s Group office, we were able to develop relationships with our legislators and hear their viewpoints concerning healthcare legislation that was either passed or defeated in the past legisla- tive session. We also gave them an overview of where our efforts would be pointed this year.
