F-2 Zooom Excursion
On Tuesday Week 7, the Foundation to Year 2 students travelled to Port Pirie for a performance by Patch Theatre of ZOOOM. Using original music, lasers and projections, ZOOOM brings the audience on an adventure to help a lost star find its way home. Inspired by the iconic children’s book Harold and The Purple Crayon, ZOOOM channels the same philosophy – a child who makes sense of their world through art.
The students interacted with the stage performer using provided LED torches and thoroughly enjoyed the show.
Festival of Music
On Tuesday Week 8, the Harvest Festival of Music choir travelled to Port Pirie to partake in this year’s Festival of Music concert. Congratulations to all the girls for a wonderful performance. Special mention goes to Hannah Ayoub and Taylor Piscioneri for their excellent soloist and guest artist appearances.
