Recently acquired is ex Abellio ADL Trident Enviro 400 H67D (LJ09OKV). It is currently due for full internal and external refurbishment - the power unit, a Cummins Euro 5 engine with ZF gearbox, is being upgraded to meet Euro 6 standards. It eventual use is as yet to be decided.
Optare Solo M850s (YJ61JFP-T) are reallocated to sister company Vectis General following withdrawal from Torquay. They are to join the Contract Services division on Schools Transport work replacing non DDA compliant Mercedes Vario 2s.
ADL Trident ALX400 (WD04BPX, re-registered as DR6775 - this registration was carried by a Southern General AEC Regent in 1931) is being outshopped in a replica Southern General 'Heritage' livery of Blue and Cream, the original livery applied to SG vehicles from its inception in early 1930. The vehicle will be used on selected services throughout the Torbay, South Hams and Plymouth area over the next 12 months and will also appear at publicity and marketing events.

Acquired are two ex lease Scania Omnicity single deck N230UB B35D (HF61FWN/O). The pair are being refurbished prior to entry into service.
Dennis Trident 2/ East Lancs Lolyne H78F (HD51DYY/Z) are transferred from Weymouth to Plymouth. They are allocated to service 84 (Plymouth - Bovisand).
Weymouth and East Devon
Five further Wright Gemini 2 CH65F bodied Volvo B9TLs have been delivered for the Poole to Exeter 'Jurassic Coast' service (a joint operation with Town & Country Group). The new vehicles replace existing Scania OmniDekkas which are being refurbished and redeployed. Southern General's January delivered Wright Gemini 2 Volvo B9TL CH65F (SN66YVA, now correctly registered as WB66YVA) is joined by (WB17YVR/-T/V/W). All of the replacement Geminis for the Coaster service are UNESCO Compliant low emission engine powered. The commercially operated Jurassic Coast service is being rebranded as the new vehicles enter service.
New is 3601 (WA17FSW) ADL Enviro E200MMC B30F, allocated to North Devon for trial on the mini and midibus routes in the region.
Transferred from Cornish Pixie is 4108 (WA64CCG) a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter C16F for use on a new trial Holsworthy town service. It is allocated to the Stratton (Bude) outstation and retains its yellow and green livery.
Sold is 1371 (M671KRU) a DAF DB250/ Optare Spectra.

Buses: Following the withdrawal of SDT from joint operation, the 829 (Leeds - Hull) has been split with the 829 running as new 829 (Leeds - Goole via Selby) on the western section and recast Countrywide service 717 (Liverpool - Hull Ferry Terminal) running over the former eastern section calling at Leeds, Selby, Goole, Howden and Hull connecting with ferry departures/arrivals to Zeebrugge and Rotterdam.
Alpha Bus Co Ltd, St George Island
Two Plaxton Pointer Dennis Darts are en route to the island to replace ageing Lynxes. Numbered 55-56 (GE55-6C) they are allocated to service 3 (St George City Centre - Sandsend).
Doncaster Transport
Goole: The town network was in the process of being recast, with the 15 Optare Metroriders being withdrawn and replaced with what is expected to be about half a dozen Plaxton Beavers. This is pending final confirmation. However, one new delivery that is confirmed is the arrival of 3 Palatine 2's ex Midland Blue Line (T3/4/6GER) originally numbered V783/4/6 and now renumbered 2829-31. These are allocated to the new hourly 'Hull Express' G55 (Goole - Hull via Howden).
Retford: Three Mercedes Citaros, 5889-91 (YA53CST-V) are in use on route 7 (Retford - Doncaster), although they are known to be shared occasionally with the Goole division on service G55. Whether this temporary arrangement continues remains to be seen as the new routes become established.
