There have been interesting times and I must say that I thoroughly enjoyed the relationship with the representatives in Australia, some of whom I still communicate with to this day. The person that originally asked me to take on the role of Agent/Chairman still meets with me when I visit Japan, even though he is long retired.
As I have alluded to earlier, the Japanese culture is something to behold and I must say I love their meetings. There are only a few meetings where decisions have not been agreed in advance. Something similar to what we used to do or was purported to do in preparing the agenda and then writing the Minutes and then finally making sure the meeting came to the same outcome as the draft Minutes of L&G days.
In Japan, Board Meetings are somewhat ceremonial in that there are very few disagreements amongst the attendees. If there is a
