CHAPTER 4 - PEOPLE WHO HAVE INFLUENCED MY LIFE
Birthday bash and most recently Daphne and my 60th wedding anniversary.
In the book presented to me on my 80th birthday there were messages from all the family but also many friends including Lisa and Sandra Campbell, Andree and Brendan Forehan, Ron and Coralie Smith, Ian and Joyce Parsons, Michele and Ron Foulds and Michelle and Vili Kocet. Both Michelles have performed years of unending support and secretarial duties for me. Trish Kelly and Carl, Alison Maynard who was a key executive in the FOS team Denis and Maureen Trafford, Brian and Beth de Kock. Thank you to all of you for joining in our special occasions.
I met many of the people who have influenced my career and indeed my personal life at the companies and organisations I either worked for or chaired. I have written about some of the more memorable of these organisations. My role at ICA also provided me with a unique opportunity to meet a huge number of people from all walks of life including from politics, government, industry, media and the public.
