Grand Ballroom
The Grand Ballroom is one of the most spectacular and contemporary Ballrooms in Australia.
The Grand Ballroom features an amazing 5 metre high wall-to-wall curtain of intricately woven metal. This inspired décor is animated with light, and at the press of a button, the shimmering wall transforms through a spectrum of colour.
The highest quality sound and lighting technology creates drama and theatrics that most venues can only dream of. Not surprisingly, no additional decorations or extra embellishments are required for functions in the Ballroom, leaving gala organisers with more time and money to focus on their event. The Grand Ballroom simply outshines all others and at 40m long and 21.7m wide it seats up to 800 guests.
Balcony Rooms
These rooms have an informality about them with their inventive use of open space and light. Tucked away, the Balcony Rooms have a classic Mediterranean vitality about them, making them an ideal indoor/outdoor venue for cocktails, weddings, lunches and banquets. The balcony patio which overlooks Victoria Square and is an inspired design highlight. At 30.5m long x 7.5 wide it seats up to 160 guests.
The Gallery
The pre-function Gallery elevates occasions to boutique status. This artfully inspired space was speci cally designed to display a superb collection of art. The true masterpiece of the Gallery is the Bar, crafted of silver leaf. This stunning area provides a tasteful setting for a pre-event drink or cocktail party, holding up to 650 guests.
