Hi, my name is Pino Santalucia and I am the director of APS Bricklaying and Building Pty Ltd.
I have been active in the building industry for the last 30 years.
I have a vast experience in all aspects of building having been a registered builder for the last 20 years.
From our own developments to managing other client’s projects, I am a qualified Bricklayer who has been, building locally around Melbourne for the last 30 plus years in the family business which was started by my father Tony back in the 70’s.
I am locally based in Strathmore and have completed countless projects, mainly around Essendon, Strathmore, Aberfeldie, Moonee Ponds, Ascot Vale, Niddrie as well as other neighbouring suburbs.
I am experienced in all aspects of bricklaying, including new homes, unit developments, basements including; foundation works and block wall retaining systems, extensions, free standing garages, new and old fences, heritage brickwork repairs including tuck pointing and even hard landscaping works including garden retaining walls and paving.
