Summer 2017

                                                                     BELLA VISTA NEWS

                              Welcome

                              By Deb Cormack

There is something magical about summertime. As F. Scott Fitzgerald
says, “and so with the sunshine comes great bursts of leaves, things
growing fast and the conviction that life was beginning over again
with summer”. It’s the heat of the day giving way to cooler nights, the David on the Sydney Opera House Tour
sounds of birds mingling with crickets, being outside, going to the
beach and the variety of fruits and vegetables turning your plate into
a rainbow of flavours and colours.

Here at Bella Vista Gardens we are so fortunate to have such
magnificent gardens to be able to experience this magic of summer
(and air conditioning to keep us comfortable!). Add to that the pace
slowing down as we head towards Christmas, where there is a sense
of time out with our families and friends, holidays and making Visit to Giggles Child Care
memories. This year we are having three Christmas parties and lots of
festive activities, so please watch the lifts and calendars for specific
         details.

Our first year at Bella Vista Gardens has passed and I would like to
thank all residents, relatives, friends and staff who have made it such
a successful year. We continue to grow and learn together. We
couldn’t do it without everyone’s hard work and support, so thank
you, you are all very much appreciated.
                                                                           Making hats for Melbourne Cup
Wishing everyone a fabulous festive season full of peace and
         happiness.

         With warm wishes
