loves.Â ThereÂ haveÂ alsoÂ beenÂ manyÂ internalÂ projectsÂ beingÂ reviewedÂ 
andÂ implementedÂ andÂ withÂ thisÂ thereÂ haveÂ beenÂ aÂ fewÂ changesÂ inÂ theÂ 
wayÂ theÂ dayÂ toÂ dayÂ programsÂ andÂ careÂ areÂ beingÂ managed.Â WhilstÂ weÂ 
liveÂ inÂ aÂ constantlyÂ changingÂ worldÂ andÂ theÂ emphasisÂ isÂ alwaysÂ toÂ lookÂ
