Create a signature in Outlook
– Open Outlook
– Click on “New Email”.
– Click on “Signature” in the menu at the top right
– Select “Manage signature”.
– Click on the + under Signature Name and create
a new signature name. Enter the data as in the example shown. Copy the area with the logo and address as an image (jpg or png).
– Confirm new signature
