Providing Fascinating Travel Experiences
Why visit Jordan?
To consider a trip to Jordan is not a crazy idea ... there are even several good reasons to go there and in an emergency. First of all, Jordan is a safe and politically stable country. The Jordanian government is doing its utmost to ensure the safety of its fellow citizens and travelers who would like to go to this preserved country despite the turbulent context at its northern doors (where we do not travel elsewhere!).
Local guides, tourism stakeholders, Bedouins and the Jordanian people in general ... all expect travelers for an even more personal and personalized experience following the low attendance of recent years. In other words, if you have always dreamed of having Petra for yourself, it's time to take a trip to Jordan. Jordan is both full and multiple and that's exactly what we love!
Adventure and splendid landscapes? Alright, we embark you for a trek in Jordan to attack the djebels and the beautiful desert of Wadi Rum if you have to choose one. You will be struck by breathtaking natural formations, gorges and ocher and honey canyons, wind-sculpted arches, sand dunes ranging f rom red to gold.
Contact local populations? Another good reason to go on a hike in Jordan and meet the Bedouins, desert dwellers, who have shown genuine hospitality and have been rooted in their culture for centuries. Antique cities? Discover a thousand-year-old historical heritage? Jerash an ancient Roman city remarkably well preserved testifies to the grandeur of its past ... Petra, symbol of Jordan, a Nabataean jewel in sand and sandstone and UNESCO World Heritage Site. The Treasury (or Khazneh) is only a small part. Petra is discovered on foot to appreciate every nook, every temple, baths, colonnades, arches, funerary rooms or tombs engraved in the pink or orange rock according to the light and the time at which one is there.
Add a spiritual dimension to your trip? All right, you are in the Holy Land. Immerse yourself in the history of humanity. Amman (Ammon in the Bible, where David and Goliath clash), Madaba (center of Christianity in the Byzantine era), Mount Nebo (Moses would have died there), Petra stopover of the Magi on the way to Bethlehem or the cross fortress of Kerak are all testimonies of men and their deep faith.
Relax? Very well, the Dead Sea will make you feel lighter than a cork with salinity 10 times greater than "classic" seawater. For those who prefer to see fish swim in clear waters, we recommend a dip in the Red Sea. The city of Aqaba and its well-known coral rich seabed await you.
