What to Expect from the Concierge Services
Remote Concierge Service
Our on-site concierge platform is operating 24 hours, 7 days per week during the tournament. We can assist with general information in English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Russian and Arabic. We will offer onsite reservations assistance with restaurants, clubs and activities. In case of emergency, we can provide support in connecting you to emergency services, assisting with instant translations, when needed.
Remote Concierge service customers will be given a personal access code and requested to identify themselves when contacting our platform.
