• Any other changes to the itinerary will be ac- commodated depending on the facilities available in the area.

Group Quotations

• In either case our specialists will work with to refine all the details and they will get you a quote with 2 business days. Quotes may be obtained for the air and land portions of just for the lad journey.
• Booking both air and land with us will repre- sent savings for you because of our buying power and longtime relationship with the airlines.

Payment & Cancelation Policy
The corresponding items in our General Sales Conditions and Tour Conditions published on our website are superseded by these rules:
Airline Tickets:
• Government taxes and airline fees are not included in the price and must be paid at time of tickets final payment
• Airline ticket prices are only firm upon space confirmation. A deposit up to 100% of the ticket cost may be required at time of confirmation.
• Group reservations will follow a schedule de- termined by the airline with several dead- lines for deposit, group size option, passen- ger names delivery and final payment. Each one of these deadlines has a penalty if not complied with.
• Cancellations for individuals depend on the chosen airline, cabin used and fare type booked and may not be permitted. Can- celation conditions will be communicated at time of booking.
• Group cancelation policy is part of the schedule provided at time of confirmation
Land Packages
• 50% of the cost must be paid at time of con- firmation. Final payment is due by 20 July ‘22 days before departure.
• Bookings made after 20 July ’22 require im- mediate full payment upon confirmation.
• Land services are not refundable unless the tournament is canceled or played behind closed doors with no attendees.
Soccer Games
• Match tickets are not refundable unless: o The tournament is cancelled or played
without attendees
o If your team fails to qualify, you have the
option of being refunded
