This "star" tour offers the advantage of discovering the charms of Madagascar while enjoying the comfort of a single hotel during the stay. Excursions include the Lokobe Reserve on the island of Nosy Be, Nosy Sakatia for the discovery of the seabed, Nosy Komba renowned for its lemur park, Nosy Tanikely and its richness of the seabed and Nosy Iranja for turtle island.
Day1: NosyBe
Upon arrival you’ll be met a greeted by our representative and led to the hotel shuttle for your transfer and installa- tion at the hotel. Dinner at the hotel according to arrival time. [D]
Day 2: Nosy Be
Today is dedicated to tour the island.
Leave in the direction of the Ylang-ylang plantation and the Ampasimenabe distillery. Then, spend 1 hours discover- ing the Lemuria land. You will then pass through the village of Marodoka, the former capital of Nosy be. Ancient remains, more or less preserved, will make us relive the whole history of the island of perfumes. We visit the local market and continue along the coastal
road where contemporary huts rub shoulders with beautiful colonial houses. Although these old houses may not be is their nest condition, they retain an undeniable charm. Visit the sacred tree and its museum in Mahatsinjo to learn about the history of the Sakalava people and their origins. Lunch on the beach in Andilana, in one of the best restaurants on the island. In the after- noon, we continue our journey to reach the highest point of Nosy Be, Le Mont Passot. From the top of its 1,080 feet, you will have a breathtaking view of the whole island, the lakes and the islands around Nosy Be. Admire the magnifi- cent sunset before returning to the hotel for dinner and overnight. [B/L/D]
