Quarrying is one of the most dangerous industries to work in, with hazards such as cliff edges, deep water, quicksand and heavy machinery.
As well as keeping your employees safe in such high risk areas, trespassing is a known problem, with many accidents involving members of the public.The Quarries Regulations 1999 aims to lower these accidents, and requires Quarry operators to ‘clearly identify the boundary of the danger area’.
To help you adhere to regulations, and most importantly avoid any injuries or death, Stocksigns have created a boundary safety signage range, endorsed by the MPA (Mineral Product Association).
All signs conform to British Standards BS5499, whilst signs are enhanced by the site speci c graphics which highlight the dangers in a clear and visual manner.
