WHY BRAINS + SUPERPOWERS MATTER?

                            Because the future of work doesn’t reward generic thinking.
                                  It rewards originality, insight, and mental agility.
                    And that means your ability to think like yourself - on purpose - is no longer
                          optional. It’s your #1 human superpower in an AI-shaped world.

               Not to compete with the machines. But to enhance what only humans can do: connect dots, spot
               meaning, create from complexity, and think with soul.

               But  here’s  the  challenge:  most  of  the  mental  models  we’ve  been  taught  about  intelligence,
               thinking,  and  work  are  outdated.  They  weren’t  built  for  this  reality  -  a  world  of  constant
               acceleration, ambiguity, and reinvention. So we need a new manual.

               This prompt gives you that starting point - helping you tune into how your brain actually works,
               not just how it was trained. You’ll begin to  see your curiosity, problem-solving, and creative
               patterns not as quirks - but as tools to shape your future.

               Because the humans who thrive in this next era won’t be the fastest or the flashiest. They’ll
                be the ones who can think clearly, flexibly, and distinctively -  in partnership with AI, not in
                  fear of it. This isn’t about doing more. It’s about doing what only you can do -  because
                              you’re using the best of your brain, with intention and identity.
                   Before we start thinking about second brains - we need to get our first brains working
                                                efficiently and effectively.

                       or explore?

                   ·  What do you think your current mental superpowers are?

                   ·  What kind of support or stretch would help you most right now?

               Now let’s find your mental edge - and honour your superpowers:

                   ·  Think of the last 3 successful projects you did – what did they have in common? What 2–
                       3 thinking patterns, habits, or strengths show up when you’re doing that best work?

                   ·  How do you tend to create, analyse, solve, decide, or connect the dots?

                   ·  Which patterns or styles do you overuse - or avoid?

                   ·  What do people often rely on you for - even if you didn’t always see it as a strength?
               Now go deeper - and look forward:

                   ·  What kinds of mental work light you up - and what drains you fast?

                   ·  Which traits or habits helped you in the past - but no longer fit who you're becoming?
