GUIDANCE ON THE LIFE^WORK T PEOPLE
Showcases that individuals have DEPTH (their role
and specialisms - core expertise and talents.
And BREADTH – the skills, traits, attitude, experience
and other deliverables from their lives and work. They
often have a much broader skill stack available to
them than their career expertise would initially
showcase. And their history means they are starting
from substance, not from scratch.
Use these lenses to focus in on their depth and how
the diversity of that breadth creates potential
superpower recipes.
