Sitting down at a wooden table in the royal library, you see an endless maze of bookshelves. Everything is impeccably maintained, even the books that must be decades old. Warm, golden light filters in through the skylights, landing on you. The whole area smells like paper. One of the librarians, a kind, elderly lady, brings over a pile of records on the royal family that date back centuries. They were contained in a series of red folders. She asks to see your research permit, which you gladly show her. You appreciate that your university gives authorization for research projects. Your professor assigned a project to write stories about one member of the royal family, but they have to be based on facts. After reminding you to be careful and to stay in the library, the librarian quietly takes her leave. The sound of her retreating footsteps and the drag of her dress are the only things you can hear.
