HR Headquarters
Big things happening in HR! We are thrilled to announce that we have launched our new Oracle HCM implementation. This new system will allow the HR & Finance teams an upgraded tool to help manage all of our operations. This platform include a self-service tool for our employees to update and view your information, as well as a dashboard and reporting tools for our managers. We are very excited about this project and will release more details prior to our launch in January 2022.
Performance Evaluations are underway! Managers, are currently working through evaluations in order to present to employees by July 21. Employees who are due for evaluation can expect to see their merit increases reflected in the August 13, 2021 paycheck.
