We distil the great counsel in the foregoing scriptures as the way to go to activate the imitation process.
This counsel was offered to Timothy by the one He was called to imitate, Paul the apostle. Paul Himself successfully imitate Jesus, albeit through the word of God and his fellowship with the apostles.
