What exercise entails
Deliberate gesture
It must be a deliberate and purposeful action to build specific character attributes desired
Repeated, continuous
The effort must be repetitive and continuous since exercise is 'practice makes perfect.'
Patient pursuit
Exercise itself connotes a patient pursuit. In addition, patience is one of the character attributes in view.
Tracking progress
The pursuit must provide for feedback on progress made and changes must be made accordingly.
