LEADERS EXIST TO AID THE PURSUIT TOWARDS PERFECTION
• Leaders exist to assist others on this lifelong journey; to assume responsibility for continuous development of the leadership ability of those they meet in the journey of life.
• None of us can become the perfect persons (leaders) that we are called to be without subjecting ourselves to the influence of, and receiving help from other leaders.
