Exhibition of Speed charges where the allegations include organization and/or promotion.
Eligible participants enter a 3, 6, or 9-month SOC. The SOC length is determined by an objective criterion: low-level offense 3-months, medium-level offenses 6-months, and high-level offenses 9-months. Both Track A and B participants will complete a determined number of service hours and complete a mental health or substance use disorder evaluation as recommended by the CCAT.
Referral Process
Referrals to both programs start by filling out a referral form and two consent forms. Completed referral packets should be submitted via email to TMTC@cityoftacoma.org. The referral packets may be found on our website: Therapeutic Courts - City of Tacoma. There is no guarantee of admission to the requested Therapeutic Court program. The Therapeutic Court Team will make the final determination on admission.
Thank you for learning about our new Therapeutic Court Programs. Please reach out if you have any question and/or referrals.
