approved badging list (required by Courthouse Security), no drop-ins.
By renewing your membership you are subject to our Association By-Laws and by obtaining
a Courthouse ID badge you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of the ID Badge Permit
Agreement which is located on the back of this form.
