Workshop Pre-Work
Chapter 2: Assignment Instructions (to be completed prior to workshop):
1. Please gather information about your current photographer’s work and provide it to us for evaluation purposes. We can offer training to improve their skills and assist them in capturing social media-ready images as part of our consulting services. Please include links to their latest photos. Keep in mind that if you’re planning to work with us across multiple sports, there might be multiple photographers involved.
2. Please provide details about your current media day. Do you have one? What are the desired outcomes or deliv- erables from the media day? How can we assist you in this regard?
3. Regarding the PLUS PLUS experience, we would like to understand your pain points. Are you facing challeng- es in organizing effective fundraisers that leverage the photography work you’re already doing? Please provide information about your recent fundraisers, including their nature and the results achieved. Are you open to new ideas for fundraising? Do you have dedicated individuals, such as parents or professionals, responsible for secur- ing sponsorships?
4. Additionally, do you already have a clear understanding of your consulting needs or preferences? Feel free to mention any specific services not mentioned here that you believe would be beneficial for your organization. Are you ready to discuss obtaining these services?
