• Topbox will transcribe 100% of the calls using LVCSR technology

• Topbox is offering St. Jude 100,000 minutes per month (20,000 hours annually) for free
• We are doing this by providing you the 300,000 minutes at the 200,000 minute cost tier
• As you add additional call types this structure will persist, regardless of the tier you choose for processing volume, you will be billed at the tier below
• Base cost for 200,000 minutes - $14,700 per month billed quarterly at $44,100
• Discounts
• 5% for annual prepayment
• 2% for each channel added (chat, email, surveys, social etc.)
