Understanding regression mechanics
• Key Ques:ons 1: Did the regression model output provided with the appraisal show data demonstra:ng which of the factors assessed were sta:s:cally significant and which were non-­‐significant?
• Only factors that are sta6s6cally significant should be included in the final adjustments of the comparables to the subject property. The regression output should show which factors were considered in the analysis and their sta6s6cal significance.
