• This graph shows that the MLS data for the Orlando proper6es are close to normally distributed and should have performed well in our regression.
• However, a bit concerning are the high end proper6es worth near or over a million dollars. They are unusually highly valued rela6ve to the other proper6es and could have affected the model es6mates upwards as was the case with the subject property.
