R-‐Square
• The R-‐square for Orange County is lower because the associa6on between the predictors and sales price is weaker as indicated by the lower slope of the regression line and, for high end proper6es especially, there is more error as shown by very few points near the regression line. The Orlando regression line’s slope is higher indica6ng be.er predic6ve value and there is a 6ghter bunching of the proper6es around the regression line for most proper6es across values despite having some outliers at a large distance (most likely due to foreclosure related sales in the area.)
