cost  for  rehabilitation  shall  be  apportioned  as  provided

                                              by the health care plan with any costs not covered by the
                                              plan apportioned equally between the employee and Big
                                              River;  however,  Big  River  is  not  required  to  pay  more
                                              than  $2,000  toward  the  costs  not  covered  by  the
                                              employee’s health care plan. If no employee benefit plan
                                              exists and the employee does not have coverage for any
                                              portion  of  the  costs  of  rehabilitation  under  any  health
                                              care plan of the employee, the costs of rehabilitation shall
                                              be  apportioned  equally  between  the  employee  and  Big
                                              River.  However,  the  company  shall  not  be  required  to
                                              pay  more  than  two  thousand  dollars  ($2,000.00)  toward
                                              the costs of rehabilitation.

                                       (c)    Big River will coordinate the treatment reporting process.

                                       (d)    Participation in and successful completion of a substance
                                              abuse  treatment  program  is  required,  or  the  employee
                                              will be subject to termination.

                                       (e)    If an employee fails to abide by all requirements of his/
                                              her rehabilitation program and this policy, the employee
                                              will be immediately terminated.

                                       (f)    Upon  successful  completion  of  the  rehabilitation
                                              program,  agreed-upon  stipulations  will  be  discussed
                                              prior to the employee returning to work. Random testing
                                              may  be  done  post-treatment,  and  may  be  done  before,
                                              during, in addition to, and after rehabilitation.

                                       (g)    Employees  who  test  positive  for  alcohol  a  second  time
                                              will be subject to termination regardless of when the test
                                              occurs.

                               5.      Positive  Drug  Screen.    Employees  testing  positive  for  illegal
                                       drugs or the abuse or misuse of prescription or over-the-counter
                                       drugs or supplements will be subject to termination.

                        K.     Education.

                               1.      Supervisor  Training.  Big  River  shall  require  supervisory
                                       personnel  involved  with  drug  or  alcohol  testing  to  receive
