                CHANGES IN PERSONAL DATA
It is important that your personnel employment file is kept up-to-date. Please inform
Human Resources of any changes in your status such as name, home address,
telephone number, marital status, and number of dependents or other pertinent
data. If your file is not correct, problems can arise concerning your taxes, insurance,
the person to be notified in case of emergency, insurance beneficiary, etc. Personnel
                records are confidential.

Any changes in payroll deductions, such as withholding allowances must be
submitted to the Human Resources at least three days prior to the end of a pay period
to become effective during that pay period.

You may review your file by scheduling an appointment with Human Resources and
                completing a written request.

                RECORDING YOUR TIME
The attendance of all employees is recorded daily by each employee on a time clock
and is electronically submitted to the Human Resources Department bi-weekly.
Attendance records are Employer records, and care must be exercised in recording the
hours worked, overtime hours, and absences. Employees are not to clock in or out for
other employees. Violations of this policy may result in appropriate disciplinary
action, up to and including immediate discharge.

All non-exempt employees must record the time they began work and stopped work
each day. Each employee is responsible only for his/her own recordkeeping.

Lunch time is either paid or unpaid depending on the departmental policy.

Once an employee clocks or signs in, work is to commence immediately. Failure to do so is
considered falsification of timekeeping records. Working without recording your work time is
                strictly prohibited.

SAFE HARBOR POLICY FOR EXEMPT EMPLOYEES
It is Big River’s policy and practice to accurately compensate employees and to do so in compliance
with all applicable state and federal laws. To ensure proper payment and that no improper
deductions are made, employees must review pay stubs promptly to identify and report all errors.
Those classified as exempt salaried employees will receive a salary which is intended to
compensate them for all hours they may work for Big River. This salary will be established at the
