OVERTIME
                Because  of  the  nature  of  our  business,  your  job  may  periodically  require  overtime
                work.  If the  Company  requires  that  you  work overtime,  we  will  give you  as  much
                advance notice as possible.  Non-exempt employees should not work overtime hours
                without prior approval by the immediate supervisor or the designated manager.

                EMPLOYEE REFERRAL PROGRAM
                The  Employer  is  always  looking  for  qualified  employees  and  appreciates
                recommendations made by existing employees.  Any full –time, regular employee that
                recommends someone who is hired on a full-time, regular basis and is still employed
                by the Employer after 6 months, becomes eligible to be paid a referral payment.  You
                will receive $50 upon hire date of the employee and $200 after six continuous months
                working.

                Your name must be listed on the referral section of the application, you may not be
                any part of the hiring decision for the new hire, and  you must be an active full-time
                employee to receive the referral payments.  This may be changed from time to time
                depending on existing market conditions.
