Our ancestors were men of the sea,
Vessels were their main mode of transportation;
Captains Jimmy and his brother Ebenezer Musgrove, Were renown boat builders of their generation.
Though not a boat builder like his forefathers,
Captain Kirk has followed in their path;
His prowess behind the wheel, at sea,
Is a gift that springs straight from his heart.
What makes Captain Kirk so admirable,
Is their legacy at sea has not all been sound; His great-grandfather Nevis and a boat load of kin,
Were lost at sea and never ever found.
His father, the late Rufus Taylor, King of the sea, an ace boatsman was he;
Met his demise while entering the cut,
He left behind a remarkable legacy.
Once Captain Kirk is behind the wheels,
Passengers relax and expect a great ride;
Choppy waters, rainy weather, or even low tide,
He expertly handles Caribbean Crusin vessels with pride.
