 When the topography of his ministry is put into perspective, one will fifind that this great man of God - Bishop Dr. C.A. Williams III - has been sent directly by God to wake up, nurture and to help haul his people from the mire of despair.
A fearless warrior of God, a beloved pastor, father, mentor, TV personality, trailblazer, philanthropist, business visionary and shepherd to many, this meek servant of God was given the vision to found The Abundant Life Ministries International (ALMI) church, his second pastorate.
Abundant Life Ministries International was founded on the words of John 10:10, which states “... I am come so they may have life and have it more abundantly.”
ALMI is a thriving and diverse ministry located on Christian City, East Leeward Highway, on the island of Providenciales. The ministry was incorporated on January 10th, 2001.
Born on the tranquil and vegetation-rich island of North Caicos, Turks & Caicos Islands, Bishop Williams is the only son birthed to Lois E. McIntosh and Coleta A. Williams II. It is to his parents that he credits his integrity and discipline.
Bishop Williams received his childhood and secondary education at the Adelaide Oemler Primary and the Raymond Gardiner High Schools in North Caicos.
Prior to his college years, he worked as a sales representative with the former Cable & Wireless Ltd., now FLOW, in Providenciales, and served on various Boards in the fifirm as staff advocate.
 From childhood it was evident that the call of God was upon his life. At the age of 17, he accepted the call. From 1994 - 1996 he attended the Barbados Baptist College, where he graduated
with an Associates Degree in Theology.
Driven by passion to fulfifill his call with excellence he matriculated into the University of Almeda where he obtained a Doctorate in Divinity majoring in Biblical

Counseling and minoring in Ministry.
Bishop Williams is the recipient of a Humanitarian Award by CEO Network, served as Chaplin of the House of Assembly, served as a member of the National Insurance Board and the National Drug Counsel, was appointed the youngest Justice of the Peace and organized Operation Haiti Project - an outreach Ministry providing spiritual and
humanitarian help to the children of Haiti.
