CF Senior (& Friends) Saturdays: Connect, Be Seen & Belong

Aging with cystic fibrosis isn’t an afterthought.
It’s a story still being written—by all of us.
CF Senior (& Friends) Saturdays is a virtual community
for adults 40 and older living with CF. What started as a
small idea—to create a space where older adults could
connect—has grown into a network where we learn
together, support each other, and share our experiences.
The “& Friends” part invites those who may not yet
identify as seniors but want to be part of our community.
Why It Matters
Living longer with CF brings new challenges:
juggling multiple health conditions, navigating care
systems that may not fully understand our needs, and
finding others who truly get it. CF Senior (& Friends)
Saturdays gives us a space to be seen, share wisdom,
and lift each other up.

Sharing your journey with others who understand your experience can provide significant
comfort and motivation. Whether you are newly diagnosed or have been managing CF
your entire life, we welcome you to join an upcoming CF Senior Saturday Meet & Greet.
This caring community understands the unique challenges of aging with CF.

How To Attend
• We meet virtually on the 2nd Saturday of every month.
• Registration is required.
• Our main goals are to enhance the quality of life for aging
individuals with CF (40+) and to collaborate with healthcare
professionals and support organizations to create tailored
resources for this group.
