Mommy
I still remember the sound of your last breath. I hear your words before your death.
I can still feel your hands entangled warmly in mine. I see your smile, faint but still fine.
I remember the last promise I made to you— Stopping my tears I haven’t been able to do. Farewell, Mommy . . . until we see each other again.
~Love you, Kim
Mom
You were my first example of a virtuous woman, a lady with class. Always quiet yet strong, you remained a faithful servant of the Lord. These simple words cannot express my gratitude for all the sacrifices you’ve made for me over the years. I’m who I am because of you. You taught me key characteristics such as strength, sacrifice, courage, and how to be a go-getter. Mom, you were
my walking lesson plan on how to live a godly life. You were my phenomenal woman! Thanking you, Mom, for teaching me how to nurture my daughter, how to pray and live by faith, and how to do all things with class and grace.
~Love your baby, Beverly
