club for details. When we get advice from SCA regarding the 2020 Nationals this will be passed on to club members immediately. I know some have booked to go and hopefully they will be able to do so.
For all our friends and supporters - as a club we are still planning to hold our 2 day Old Style FITASC Classic on 21 and 22 November in one way or another. If/when the borders open (it has been announced that this will take place on 24 July but only if there are no major problems between now and then) we will put out our yer to those shooters around the country who are the rst 96 on the list. There may be many who cannot make it to Tassie this year and their places will then be o ered to others who can.
We have been informed that the Spirit of Tasmania is also taking booking from 1 September so hopefully this will be an extra way of getting in and out of the state so that we too can attend events on the mainland. The problems of living on an island!!!!
Hope to catch up with everyone at a shoot somewhere in the future.
In these di cult times the members of Northern Midlands wish to pass on our thanks to our state secretary, Graeme Witchard, and state president, Gary Harper, for the huge amount of work they have put in to both national bodies and state government departmentstoenableustoreturntothenew normal of shooting this month (June). Yes we have missed a couple of months’ shooting
but that is a very small price to pay compared to the problems that are happening around the world.
The state executive have come up with a revised qualifying plan and details have been passed on to all clubs. If Tasmanian members are hoping to complete the qualifying programme for 2020 please contact your
