All purpose sealer that enhances the gloss and luster of Maintex oor nishes. Ideal for resilient tile oors, concrete and terrazzo. Seals all pores of the applicable oor surfaces. Produces a deep, lustrous nish that dries in 15 to 20 minutes.

Foundation Sealer
Ultra High Solids
High solids resilient tile, concrete and terrazzo sealer. Perfect for warehouses, manufacturing plants, loading and staging areas or retail facilities demanding the ultimate in high gloss oor protection. Unique formulation is ideal for hard surface areas that get heavy traf c from forklifts, pallet jacks and other heavy equipment. May be applied effortlessly over new and old concrete, slate, quarry tile and terrazzo. Repairs exceptionally well and no etching, grinding or any additional labor costs are needed.

Concentrated cleaner and restorer that reduces the potential for slips and falls. Each application of Grip increases the coef cient of friction on oor surfaces.
