RE: Letter of Recommendation on behalf of Dean Visosky Contractors Inc. To Whom It May Concern,
I write this letter to you in recommendation of Dean Visosky Contractors Inc. (hereinafter referred to as DV) as a preferred subcontractor. We contracted DV based on their past work with BrightView Landscape Development and the quality of projects completed in the surrounding area.
BrightView is currently involved with the construction of the Orange County Great Park (a 175-acre Sports Park in Irvine, California). DV’s main scope of work was the construction of 25 post-tensioned concrete tennis courts and 4 basketball courts, including court surfacing and equipment installation. Their contract value is approximately $2.1 million.
Their performance thus far has exceeded the expectations and high standards BrightView sets for our subcontractors. Joe Dean, Rick Visosky, and Richard Kretz have demonstrated effective communication and supervision, beginning during the bid process and continuing throughout their work to date – this holds true to their staff in the field as well. They have continued to meet the critical deadlines of this fast- paced project while maintaining professionalism and proposed costs.
DV demands a high quality of material, workmanship and attention to detail from their employees and subcontractors – this has resulted in an exceptional product in the eyes of the design and development team at BrightView, the project Owner, and the City of Irvine.
We look forward to working with DV for the remainder of this project, as well as in future projects of BrightView Landscape Development.
They have delivered everything as promised and more, and were specifically recognized recently (unsolicited) by our client (the project Owner) for the speed and quality with which their scope was completed. I would personally recommend DV for any of your projects, as they have been one of our absolute best subcontractors on a very challenging project.
