Messages: UNABLE RNP
Condition: The actual navigation performance is not sufficient.
After QRH procedures complete. Contact SOC to update condition and review. Unable RNP requires flight below FL290. May require a different route and reverification of ETOPS. Advise ATC. Do not enter ETOPS--If past EEP may continue with concurrence.
